A little investigation into this Joe X mystery has revealed some
information which may be valuable for those pursuing these claims. I have
been asked (by this contact) to refrain from posting his letters to the
list. I will not post his letters, but I feel the information is worth
passing on none the less.
The guy I communicated with has met and talked with various individuals who
have been in contact with and instructed by Joe, down here in Australia. No
one to date has been able to reproduce Joe's device (which works in
conjunction with an internal combustion engine) although some do report
'anomalous effects', whatever they are. Joe seems to work 'intuitively' and
at present does not seem to want to or be capable of sharing his
'discovery' with others.
Apparently Joe has ceased communication with the various individuals that
are attempting reproduction of his device, for some unknown reason. He has
also distanced himself from Hilton's paper, again for some unknown reason.
It would appear that Joe has 'gone underground'. Wonder why?
My contact has admitted that he is not an expert on Joe's work (who is?) -
but all information, IMHO, has some value (with a few exceptions that
immediately come to mind <g>). If you want my opinion, and I'm sure you
don't, there are bigger fish to fry. This one's fast becoming another
