Hi! Bill: Your assesment of the Clem having Schauberger vortex implications
is absolutely correct. I have come up with a design of this device that not
only allows us to explore the O/U aspects but also provides a conventional
device that is needed in industry that could provide all the financial base
that we need vai this side line product. I'll provide details to an investor
group under NDA provided they fund the patent protection needed for the
industrial product. I wish I had the funds but no "cigar". Norm
