If I recall, though (and please correct me if I'm off on this one...)
After having looked into the Carlinksy affair...it turned out that
Carlinksy was actually a criminal who had been convicted of various
mischief and theft related charges and who seemed to relish harassing
DeMeo in particular...I have read James' accounts and I believe other
third party accounts as well as PORE's in regards to these events. From
what I understand PORE's motives appeared noble in intent but possibly
not informed in their actions.... that is to say that as I understand,
PORE did not want to take anyone's side but wished to remain an objective
bystander and openly address issues with out prejudice. They do not appear
to have fully understood Carlinsky's real motives in his 'criticisms'
nor his actual background.
