I completely sympathize with the essence of your message
regarding responsibility and caution, as I mentioned previously
I may not have been aware of all the facts surrounding this issue...and
frankly I am sure you understand many of these concerns far better than
I. There is no excuse for anyone damaging the environment, period.
I appreciate your feedback on this issue and will certainly reflect
on the excellent points you have made.
