Dear Ms. Chang et al,

There appear to be some misunderstandings here that I
need to correct.

First, the file on the Water Fuel Cell is a report that
was posted on the KeelyNet network which concerns the
aledged results of Stanley Meyer. You should be made
aware that Mr. Meyer died about 2 months ago.

You should also be aware that the process of 'fracturing
water', though it sounds amazing and really gets people
excited, has, after years of claims, not been
duplicated independently nor was it ever brought to
the point of commercial viability, despite the claims
of the late Mr. Meyer.

That is to my knowledge, if it had, we would be driving
cars today using this water fracturing technology.

Though you asked specifically about water as a fuel,
the claims are very similar to those of free energy,
so I'd like to offer you some advice.

Please be very wary of delving into any investments
in any claims of free energy. There are a tremendous
amount of people out there who are either outright
crooks or have made errors in their analyses of the
equipment they claim produces overunity (free energy).

I don't like to see anyone, whether single people, groups
or companies get swept up by all the possibilities and
get taken to the cleaners financially by unscrupulous
people. It hurts the entire alternative science movement
so I urge you to be very careful.

I recommend that you REQUIRE proof in the form of;

1) a demonstration where your engineers or techicians have
full access to the operation, measurement and testing
of the claimed device. (of course you will be required
to sign a non-disclosure which should be expected)

2) if possible, before investing a single penny and even
after being able to test the unit, make the inventor
provide sufficient information that your technicians
or engineers can build THEIR OWN UNIT to test without
the presence of the inventor

3) if you are seeking overunity, make sure the unit runs
COMPLETELY STANDALONE, without any outside source of
power, no chemicals, no batteries, no flywheels, no
compressed air, no animals, no radioactivity, etc...

Once you have done this, if it works as claimed, that is,
producing more energy than it needs to run, then go for it.

Years ago, there was a story going around about this mysterious
new invention. I never saw one of them but it consisted of
a carefully taped up matchbox with a pinwheel attached to
it that turned slowly all the time.

The 'inventor' was selling these for about $600.00 each
(though it changed depending on what the buyer would be
willing to pay) and insisted that any buyers not attempt
to Xray or take apart the unit because it was so DELICATELY
BALANCED that the mechanism would be destroyed.

The story goes that dozens of these were sold to people
who wanted what we in Texas call 'bragging rights', by
being able to show a 'perpetual motion machine', rare and
wonderful.

It seems one of the businessmen who bought a unit for his
sales office went on vacation for about 3 months. He left
the matchbox sitting on his desk, slowly spinning the
pinwheel. He found it a great conversation stimulator
and helped with his sales pitches.

When he returned after 3 months, the pinwheel had stopped
spinning. He called in all the office personnel and even
the cleaning staff to ask if they had dropped it or tried
to take apart his miracle perpetual motion machine, thereby
destroying the 'delicate mechanism'...all denied even touching
it.

Finally, since the pinwheel had stopped spinning, the
businessman figured he had nothing to lose by opening the
taped matchbox.

Inside he found cotton balls and a dead baby frog with its
nose holes glued to two tiny pinholes in the matchbox wall,
so that the breathing frog would keep the pinwheel spinning.

The inventor knew frogs live an incredibly long time without
food and water, giving him plenty of time to get away with
the money.

Sick, yes, gullible, yes...that's why I have no compunction or
hesitation about warning people about the entire free energy
movement, lots of crooks and errors out there.

When it happens, it will be freely released and whoever
gets to market first will make the big bucks, but hot on
their heels will be dozens or hundreds of other suppliers
and developers of the technology, all stemming from that
initial release...the result will be cheaper and more
powerful devices as the competition drives for ever more
efficient, economical and advanced units.

So, thank you for the offer, I am sending this to our
discussion list also in the event someone might wish to
contact you with their own ideas. Please be careful and
ask for absolute proof as tested by your own people.

We WILL have free energy one day and learn how to produce
sufficient ON DEMAND quantities of hydrogen/oxygen from
water to keep a car engine running without damage. Some
are close, some say they have it, but so far the details
and verification is lacking.

Good luck!

Dear Mr. Decker,

Re: WFC (Stanley Meyer Water-Fuel-Cell)
We are an consultant company which are searching all kinds
of implement for the whole Asia area. We are very interested
in your WFC and would like to take this opportunity to
discuss the business development with you.

As we have little data from your advertisement on the
internet, we now have the following questions:

1. Has your WFC been in mass production in USA? Or has
the WFC been used in some certain facilities? Or have
any of your other inventions been commercialized? We
would like to know the details.

2. We know your WFC functions at high voltage low current
and can be used in the car for replacing the gas. Please
kindly advise us the range of the high voltage and
its current.

3. The current can yield magnetic field. Therefore, we
must evaluate its danger to the human body if your WFC
is using in welding, cutting machine and in auto.
Please kindly supply us the test data for our evaluation.

4. Do you have any sole agent in Asia? If yes, please
let us know their company name with tel. number and Fax
number. If not, we would like to take the opportunity.

5. Will you consider to have your WFC be produced in
Taiwan? We have very good connection with the Taiwan
machinery manufacturers.

Thanking you for your cooperation and looking forward to
hearing from you soon.

Maling Chang
