Received the following email from Hal Fox about the Minato Motor,
thought it might be interesting to all;

Subject: Minato Motor
Dear Jerry Decker,
I have asked for further engineering information from
TRICOSMOS on the input/output engineering measurements.
I have a verbal that says for the small Minator motor
hooked to a squirrel-cage fan, the input power used
was 73% less than for the standard (normal fractional
HP motor) fan assembly.
I believe that we have problems in measuring pulse-driven
devices with multimeters.
Same for the output power. If the 500 Kg unit puts out
1 KW and if it is over unity, it will not compete with
other new-energy devices. One kilowatt from 1,000 pounds
will not be competitive. Hard to put in my
battery-operated car.
Thanks for including me in your frequent notes.
Best regards, Hal Fox. More later.
