You will want to do a search using http://www.altavista.com and with
keywords like Van de Graff or Wimshurst as both are high voltage DC,
though you can create high voltage AC electrostatics also using Tesla or
Rumkorff coils and of course the MWO (multi-wave-oscillator) that is fed
with a Tesla coil and produces many frequencies of electrostatic
emissions.
