Good question, There will have to be someone who wants to be in charge, if
more than one a vote should occur.

The money will be spent efficiently, The projects will be selected but few
that cost any outlay should be done unless there is already a claim of
something showing considerable similarity working. In other words most all
will be testing people claims.

Well there will need to be three parts to I guess, Though structure will
becomes clear when it is known how many people and who is joining, The people
who make the decisions of what should be done experiment wise, The people
constructing and testing these devices and the people raising funds and
taking care of business.

Well I guess the books should be relatively open, I surely hope that no one
would steal money, Maybe I'm romanticizing this a bit I admit, I guess
borrowing a bit for an experiment could be tempting so at the very least
three people should be able to see what's happening with the money, But in
the end the answer is I don't know all the answers, I asked who would be
willing to join if there was a real group and at the time there was not but
now there is money so there is a group, I will assume the place as president
of the foundation until someone else comes along that I feel is more skilled
and who I trust or perhaps if I am voted out.

As far as timely goes that is why I have just let people join rather than
contacting friends, The people I hope are already alert and quick to act
without much pushing, I am personally rather aggressive with timing myself,
It is left for time to tell how it will actually turn out but I expect a
quick motivated team.

Obviously that needs to be chosen by the location of the members especially
the ones constructing the things, The location may have to be donated and
will depend on chance, Otherwise the Lab may be just a collection of tools
donated and bought that may be somewhat mobile, Though at some time not too
far some relatively permanent location for construction should be found.

I am not here with all the answers but that's why I asked for people, This is
a group and those things will be solved by the people in the group not just
me.

Thank you for these questions, We need them to find the answers.
