With regard to the Russians playing their cards close to their
chest...if they have a working device and are near starving, sounds like
a good idea....they don't appear to have much patience with curiosity
seekers, if I were in their financial straits, I too would be more
oriented toward the serious...I simply can't imagine all those long
lines for limited goods and you are lucky if there is anything even left
when your time comes up to be waited on.
American investors are missing out on some amazing potential products
and technologies....this is but the tip of the iceberg...
