Received the following email from Dr. Alexander Frolov that indicates a
fellow scientist has a working inertial drive and is certain he can
scale up the output;
I am sending two images: Dr. Poliakov and his device that produce 3 kg
reactionless trust. Total weight of the system is 30 kg, maximum
velocity of rotation is 4000 rpm, weight of the rotation mass is 15 kg.
In 1991 Dr. Poliakov published the book about gyroscopical systems and
different ways for creation of artificial gravitation field.

Author claimed that he can reach 2000 kg trust after one year period if
