Hi Folks!

With regard to the email about;
> Check out a Caduceus capacitor tune the dielectric to desired

I did a lookup for caduceus, moebius and mobius and found the following
two items;

Twisted Wire Non-inductive resistor

http://www.patents.ibm.com/details?patent_number=3727166

ABSTRACT: A noninductive resistor is provided which includes supply and
return insulated wires twisted together with one end each having the
wires integrally connected and the other ends including respective
electrical terminals. Part of the insulation may be removed so that a
contact arm may slide therealong for resistor adjustment. The twisted
resistor may be wound around a toroidal base for use.

Mobius Capacitor

http://www.patents.ibm.com/details?patent_number=4599586

ABSTRACT: An electric element, utilizing a capacitive enclosure of a
mobius strip and the spacial phenomenon thereof, to measure voltage and
phase differences of input signals or to act as a filter to attenuate
current flow of a resonant frequency and the harmonics of that frequency
while passing intermediate frequencies.

NASA had the first patent for a non-inductive resistor based on a Mobius
topology back about 1966.
