The date of this post is 1995? What ever happened to the device/claim?

Any circuits come out? Descriptions...etc... I'm presently set up for
some plasma experiments but need a little more info on extracting
techniques....

Ya, right! Promises, promises.... How about a design or experiment....

Sold as in 1995, what about 1998? How do I go about generating
magnetic spikes.... to start experimenting...
