I sent Hal Puthoff the question about gravity seepage along with the
Reynolds URLs and asked if he had done anything else with it, here is

I had not followed up on these ideas - too little time! I know that
Woodward at Cal State Fullerton has theory and apparently supporting
experimentation that sudden displacement of a mass causes a temporary
mass reduction.

Somewhere I have a link to Professor Woodwards' experiments, will do a
search later and post it since it did detail his experiments. Isn't that
