There's an inventor by the name of Richard Diggs who invented an interesting
auto electrical engine at an inventors workshop (IW International). I have
no date for this workshop, all I know was that a Melvin Fuller was the
expositions president at that time. Diggs reckoned his device could power a
large truck 25,000 miles (approx 35,000km) on a single unit of electrical
fuel, and that electrical fuel as he had devised broke various physical laws.
I have had a quick look on the Net and come up with this page; it deals with
someone's Vietnam experiences and ends up with various books for further
reading.
