Subject: upDATE: WE HAVE A DATE!!!!!

I just returned from the National Park Service and I have reserved a date for the mall in Washington.

I want to thank all of you for your support thus far, but we still have a ways to go.

The use of the land for a demonstration was free.

However, it is not free if we plan to commercialize it with celebrities and musicians.

In order for us to have these kinds of gimmicks we are required to pay for security.

The fee for security is $40 per Hour -- PER SECURITY OFFICER. This will amount to quite a bit.

Although I have recieved wonderful support from around the globe, I still have not recieved adequite support to pay for security or to pay for rental equipment.

I will me going to a meeting to discuss the permit with the Park Police next week, so it is very necessary that I recieve adequite funds.

There has been discussion about using the reflecting pool for physical demonstrations of renewable technology.

According to the NPS (National Park Service) WE MAY NOT use any products currently on the market because they do not allow the park to be used for commercialization.

We are, however, free to display any technology that is not currently on the market. If anyone is interested in having a display please contact me at PlantSeedK@aol.com.

SPONSORSHIP: As a desperate cry for funding I would like to bring up the topic of sponsorships -- but this topic is going to evolve.

I am currently working on a home page.

Anyone who would like to attach an article may do so for free by providing me with a web address for their article. The articles may not directly include any commercial advertising unless proper sponsorship participation dues have been paid.

If anyone would like to send me an article to post without providing me with your own web page, I must charge a $200 fee to place the article on the page. Anyone paying this fee is free to involve the article with commercial advertising.

On the web page I will provide at the top, in extremely enhanced letters a list of major sponsors which will be linked to the sponsors' home page. To be on this I must be provided with at least $1500.

If you provide this amount of money you will also be permitted to advertise your organization on the main stage on the mall. You are also free to place banners at other locations on the land at your own will.

Further down the list will be another list of sponsors done in a regular sized font. To be on this list I must be provided with at least $200.

$1500 level sponsers may also be placed on this list again if they wish - but I will need to be notified that you want that. I am aware that much of the renewable energy industry does not have much money to donate right now -- so if $200 is too much but you still would like to be a sponser please contact me at DCSolar@aol.com.

Anyone who sponsors at the $200 level (or lower through negotiation) will be able to put up a commercial banner at the rally.

Anyone who financially sponsers this event is free to put advertising on their articles at no additional charge.

Sponsers on both lists will be in the order of

• 1) the amount of money donated AND

• 2) the order in which I recieve checks.

Any company who inspires another organization such as Greenpeace to sponser will get the same benifits as if they had donated the money themselves. But please have the organization inform me of who the inspiring party was.
