Electrostatics can be modulated....flame speakers, the
Lakhovsky multiwave, etc., etc..
That 'electric rocket' capacitor array claims to
entrain aether to produce a thrust, though it would
appear to be more ion wind than anything else based on
the description.
Interesting how it ties into the expanding field of
capacitor plates, where a swept field by successive
discharges would produce a fanning type effect as ions
are driven through such a cylinder. A 'wave' of ionic
discharges...
