Your letter about MSM caught my eye. I recently slipped getting out of the
shower (forgetting the old saw about most accidents occurring in the home)
and twisted my knee pulling the ligaments pretty severely. I was advised to
do a number of things that were not practical since I had to be on my feet
all day long at my work. So I got some combination MSM and Glucosamine
Sulphate ( a well known arthritis remedy) at the food coop and started
taking it religiously. Pain and inflammation went down immediately and the
worst was over in about a week-- and this with constant standing and
walking.
It worked very well and I strongly recommend it. The bit about the glasses
was interesting as my eyesight is not so good. I'm back on the stuff right
away...
