Hi DM, Jerry, All

I just read that paper that DM referenced and I had a question: How do =
they
contain the sphere of water that surrounds the Deuterium and what =
impeding
effects does this have (if any) on the experiments?

One has to wonder if modern scientists are executing experiments =
involving
such rare materials, then how did they miss Keely's water frequency (or =
did they?)
