Hi Chris et al,

I am not certain, and perhaps Jerry can verify
one way or the other, but I beleive that this device
is one that Hal Putoff was trying to validate as being
over unity. The results that Hal came up with were
negative for OU. I haven't seen anything recentlly
about the device, save for DM's recent post to the
list.
