Very interesting phenomenon, with some possible side effects.
And I have found a method for translating the Russian document of
Grebennikov, and have so far partially read about half - he actually uses
this exact same arrangement of straws for a similar effect. I can't yet tell
if he added any bio material to the straws as this translation software
doesn't recognize some Russian words.
And the sixth image down on the page is actually an array of straws, or in
his words, paper tubes. He could feel heat or the like with the palm of the
hand, placed over this device, while no temperature difference was measured!
( kind of sounds like the subtle energy described on my site, and in other
works) (and he seems to indicate an anti gravitational effect as well)
