Looks like light has a condition for propagation. Something simmilar
like you need tension to get el. current through a wire. Plays some
funny trics with measuring the speed of light from the time of radiation
to the time of absorption. This is not an interference experiment.
(He takes quite a flak from the orthodoxy for it)
