Nature & calendrical precision

Hi Folks!

Here is an interesting article by Stephen Gould about the
supposed regularity of the universe and thus calendars;

The two primary examples that have plagued all complex
cultures — the fractional number of days and lunations in
the solar year — arise from the same source:

nature’s stubborn refusal to work by simple numerical
relations in the very domain where such regularity would be
most useful to us.

Nature, apparently, can make a gorgeous hexagon, but she
cannot (or did not deign to) make a year with a nice even
number of days or lunations

Bodes Law which seemed to show a harmonic spacing between
the planets isn't precisely accurate either but is
remarkable nonetheless;

The best claims I've seen which seem to have been able to
tap into some mathematical relationship to produce phenomena
with practical uses, is in Dr. Daniel G. Brinton's analysis
of Keelys' ratios of thirds;

Atomic clocks are based on the precise vibrations in cesium
or other atoms in controlled conditions. I say that because
tuned oscillator circuits are subject to temperature
variations which can cause the desired frequency to drift.

To maintain controlled conditions for oscillators that need
precision, quartz crystals are used with tiny 'ovens' or
heaters that keep the crystal vibrating at a controlled
temperature and thus stable.

What is it that keeps everything vibrating in the first
place? Some kind of cosmic hammer striking all these bells
or tuning forks at once which in turn couple to and trigger
the sub-harmonics of other vibrating structures thus
providing for the complexity of the universe? A kind of
parametric down conversion?

When it comes to mass, there must be other factors that come
into play to alter its natural cycle or motion. As Russian
researcher Dr. Yuri Ivanov describes as Rhythmodynamics,
interference and arrhythmia which bias and alters the
natural vibration of matter due to proximity with other
matter;

This intereference perhaps alters the natural vibration and
resultant 'cycles' and I think some serious study of how
such interferences work would yield a better understanding
of anomalies, including the ability to predict the stock
market and other useful patterns.
