I just found a serious flaw in my reasoning, and these "Halbach" arrays, do
act according to conventional magnetic theory.
They are still interesting, and I still feel that the aether flow as magnetic
field may have merit, but this arrangement of magnets is not really proof. (I
shall have to amend the web page wording as a result of this oversight)
The behavior of the magnetic flux, and flux density vectors, in all the
analysis I have done, do certainly resemble fluid dynamics, but real evidence
will have to come another day.
