I found an interesting tidbit in the hard copy of the Jan 2000 issue of
Discover Magazine: under the Heading "The Year in Weird Science":

other minor wounds do not heal well in space. For unknown reasons, the
mitochondria that power cells work poorly in zero gravity. But last
September, Harry Whelan, a neurologist at the Medical College of Wisconsin at
Milwaukee, reported that irradiating the mitochondria with infrared light
prompted them to go back to work.
He is testing infrared LED's to help astronauts heal better in orbit.<<
Most interesting. For those that have read my E-Book on Primary Energy, the
basic theory is that the same Primary Energy responsible for matter, gravity,
etc., is also the major "life energy" or bio energy that our bodies (and all
life) use for growth, healing etc.
In addition, for those of you who have read the original works of M. B.
Cooke, which this Primary Energy theory came from, know that he or his
"source" also stated, over 20 years ago, that you can effect a more thorough
and rapid "healing" of wounds by the application of infrared light. (he
mentions that we have an aetheric body, which holds the patterns of the
manifestation of the physical, and this aetheric body is also damaged in a
wound, and it "heals" better with infrared.)
This may not be "proof", but taken along with the number of other things this
"source" said and have appeared correct thus far, it sure makes me sit up and
take notice!
I have tested the original method described to affect a "healing"
faster/better using a simple IR "heat lamp" , and found at least my own
anecdotal support of the efficacy of this "tool". (back in early eighties)
There is much potentially valuable info in those original books, of a medical
or Healing nature, but as I said my focus is on the physics aspects of this
Primary Energy.
I have been in touch with M.B. Cooke recently, and received his permission to
reproduce that theory in my E-book, and he has expressed interest in asking
the "source" if any hints or clues about our current research can be gleaned.
He also still publishes some of those original books, and some are available
online from other sites. (Books by M.B. Cooke published by: Marcus Books -
see my site for address, if you wish to order books) (please don't send a
bunch of inquiries about the primary energy to Marcus Books - he is busy -
answers to any questions you might have can be had in the original books, or
to a limited degree in my E-book; and I will be glad to answer any questions
you might have, to the best of my ability)
I also suggested that he (Cooke) make some of the out of print works
available as a downloadable file (perhaps at nominal fee), and he stated that
he is considering it.
