Hi Folks!

An interesting story claiming time travel in the past would
be possible because you would end up in any number of
alternate timelines to prevent distorting your own. Guess
that means you would distort and effect other timelines;

So if you traveled back in time and killed your grandfather,
you would actually be going to a different universe. You
could appear there, do the deed, and never be born — in that
universe.

In this universe, meanwhile, nothing would change. You would
still be born, grow up and then you’d disappear one day into
the mists of time, never to return.
