Hi Ken et al!

I thought it was claimed that this Prof. Nimtz work had been
duplicated at another university? In the meantime, found an
interesting page on quantum physics at;

http://www.josephspigelman.com/

part of it says;

The distinction between intrinsic and extrinsic time in an
odd-element disturbance makes possible the resolution of the
"spooky action at a distance" that bedevils quantum theory.
Since odd-elements disturbances — which, I posit,
corresponds to electromagnetic radiation — are intensively
instantaneous, since there is no time lapse, what happens,
what is done, at either end of a line of disturbance (in the
delayed choice observations, the violation of Bell's
Inequality, and related observations and experiments)
instantaneously affects what happens at the receiving end of
the disturbance.

The cause of what happens spreads instantaneously all along
the line.

But while the disturbance is instantaneous, the instants at
the points along the line are different. They differ in the
order of succession of split pairs. The dyadal switches
close to the source of a disturbance occur before those more
distant from the source; those more distant occur after
those closer. There is accordingly a lapse of extensive
time.

"Seen" outside a line or disturbance, there is no before or
after, only and instantaneous disturbance. But, of course, a
disturbance cannot be seen outside the line of disturbance.

That is why there is no possibility of communication at
super-luminal velocities (contrary to much recent
speculation).

Cause, as determined by electromagnetic disturbance, is
instantaneous; but communication takes time.

It brings to mind Bearden's comments in the 'Final Secret'
about how you can have 100 wires of any length leading from
a switch that connects to a battery. When you switch the
battery into the wires, INSTANTANEOUSLY you can measure the
same potential on the ends of all the wires.

That is one of the premises of his claim, that you have
sucked a lot of energy from somewhere and that all could be
combined. Now voltage (potential) isn't the same as current
but Bearden claimed that you could quickly switch in these
voltages before they appear as current.

Of course that was his view of how power could be extracted.
This URL claims it is only when information (communication)
is carried that time comes into play.

I HATE quantum physics...it is so obtuse and confusing. The
experiments never seem to assist in clarifying principles
that can be clearly understood. Usually they open up
another can of worms. I often think they are seeing
artefacts which are simply phantoms of what is really
happening. A ghost image they are taking as real.

Anyway, I couldn't find any paper from that other university
that confirmed Nimtz experiment, otherwise I would have
posted the URL, maybe someone else can locate it.
