Actually two different reactions are possible at the anode when
electrolyzing salt water.
1) 2Cl- -----> Cl2(g) + 2e-
or
2) 2H2O ------> O2(g) + 4H+ + 4e-
If were gonna bitch mr. revered expert, let's at least bitch accurately,
k?
And by the way children; Don't point loaded guns at your little heads
