Chuck Henderson wrote this amazing paper which I finally got online. As
he points out it is a work in progress and he would greatly value your
comments, either here so all could share them or directly to his email
address as posted in the file.
I was totally blown away by it when Chuck first started putting it all
together and think it will offer a completely new perspective about
cloudbusters as well as tornado formation or possible dissolution.
Keep in mind, the acoustic signature of forming tornados might well be
scaleable down to smaller, higher frequencies. Check out this excellent
