I am a little eccentric when it comes down to the problem of new =
energy sources for the next millennium, but not to the point where I'll =
go over and over the same old ground that thousands have trod before =
without success. I will admit I have tried some hare-brained ideas in my =
time, but that was before I knew the rules to this game, i.e.: there is =
no such thing as a free lunch. With that in mind, when you remove the =
impossible whatever is left is what you are looking for. There are many =
people trying to convince us that they have "solved the problem", "got a =
working model", I know, I used to do that myself before I started to =
take this subject seriously. Quite frankly, if any of their claims were =
true then we'd be applying that technology to our every day lives. But =
instead we keep hearing the same old excuses, "I am trying to get =
funding", "I am in the process of patenting my device", "I am looking =
for a manufacturer to put my device in to production". We all know they =
are just words and we've heard them all a thousand times.
So, what is the point of this tyrade? I have some Ideas, but I am not a =
physicist, I have a basic understanding of physics but no formal =
education. What I propose to do is to throw my Ideas in to the think =
tank without the paranoia that usually acompanies such an action, let =
the members of Keelynet mull them over and then report why they will or =
wont work. Sound good, too simple to work? I would encourage anyone else =
who has an idea to do the same and I don't mean all of the tired old =
discussions that have been floating around here for years with little or =
no results.
I will post my first Idea tommorow, with pictures if attachments are =
permitted, if not then I wll find another way.
thanks for your indulgence,
Ardvark.
