(Tesla believed that light was highly charged
particles in radiation. If electricity is matter,
then it would have inertia and so with sufficient
intensity would perform like matter, i.e. producing a
thrust.)

Keely's Three systems - developed through successive
experimentation from 1872 to his death in 1898, though
I believe the 3rd system was completed in 1896;
'First System - requires introductory mediums of
differential gravities, air and water, to induce

and was held there by the submersion of the molecular
and atomic leads in the generator I then used.
Second System - complete as far as the liberation of
the aether is concerned, but not sufficiently complete

vibratory aetheric circuit, to make it a safe medium.
Third System - embraces aerial and submarine
navigation. The experimental sphere intended to test
the combination of the positive and negative rotation
is nearly completed.'
(The 3rd system is what sounds so much like the
Vailx/Vimana craft which were claimed to be able to
fly in air, space or underwater. It is interesting to
note that Keely's patron, who died on the Titanic, ill
fated John Jacob Astor, wrote a fantasy book
describing the use of a mystery force referred to as
'apergy' to fly to Mars.)

'This was conceived and constructed in 1878.
All molecular masses of terrestrial matter are
sympathetically drawn towards the earth's center, as
according to the density of their molecular
aggregation, minus their force or sympathetic outreach

predominance to the celestial or to the terrestrial.

(This to me sounds like what would equate to a
description of saturating a mass with excessive aether
so that could not absorb what was being pumped into
it, and therefore must RADIATE that additional energy
away, thereby producing levitation or thrust if
properly directed.)

(As I read this, the neutral centre attaches to a
physical mass and is fed a medium (aether) which is in
high vibration and produces rotation.)

matter that are, or ever can be so duplicated as to
show pure sympathetic concordance one to the other.
Hence the necessity of my system of GRADUATION, and of

(Tuning a mass so that was perfectly resonant with
another mass.)

(Sounds like we would need to use a phase locked loop
to track and automatically adjust for the changes in
frequency.)

(Much like the claim of Randoll Mills where he says he
has split the hydrogen atom to a 'lower energy state'
that he calls 'hydrinos'...and the late Stanley Meyers
claimed to 'fracture' water to its component elements,
I have long suspected that there are THOUSANDS of
elements and isotopes.)
