I usually listen to high volume techno, jungle, and hip hop though my
earphones while doing my creative work and answering email. Nothing without
an driving beat and usually about 150 beats per minute or more, lots of
electronic effects. Nobody has mentioned that my brain has been turned to
pulp yet :-)
