Jer, whow!! Powerful!

What I felt is the 'crux' of the matter is this:
>Credentials are important. If your people aren't qualified with a
>degree in the related fields of your research. Then they cannot be
>accepted for publications that will be required to be written, and no
>matter what they demonstrate or find it cannot be funded.

Even if someone here develops a working device (similar what Ponds
and Fleshman had done) if your not in the research 'area' or with the
right 'click' and do not have the highest degree.. your NOTHING!
They will not even recognize that you 'have' a working device. The
only thing then that they will try to do.. is SHUT YOU UP! Seems
the 'little guy' is FORCED to sell out to the PhD's or mega Corps.
That email is a scary reality of the 'other' side, where POWER
MONEY and Mega Companies group together and try to obtain the
State-of-the-Art to keep on top of it all. Whew! You here about
this all the time but never really find evidence.

Jer, You have the opportunity to become a Tycoon!! hehehehe
