Rife Cost and Efectiveness comparison

Hello,
I just joined. I`m seeing a lot of great stuff on this site! I
am very interested in the rife tech. I am however a poor lowly
musician. I`d appreciate any help. I recently downloaded blaster5.I
notice a lot of freq. arent on it from the freq. list.Is there an
updated program with more freq?{to use with electrodes?}
Is the plasma tube much better than the electrodes?
Using the bare manual and video tape on his site,how much do the parts
run?
How hard is it to build? How much experience in electronics does it
take?
Is using the blaster5 program enough? W/tube W/O tube?
I know its a lot of questions , I`m just having trouble sorting through
all th info.
