Truely, if Newman can develop more output power than input
power, I would like to see him design or produce a closed
loop system by which the output then can be tapped and
provide the input with all the power! Surely he can do
this with what he claims.

Heck, even put a regular DC generator on the output and
feed it back! I bet it DOESN'T work! He would have done
that already if it was TRUELY <100% effecient!

ps.. voltage spikes is his problem... an AC voltmeter
will not read correctly other than 60Hz. In the AC mode
a voltmeter rectifies and filters the signal and spikes
can corrupt these readings, even cause EMI in some cases!
In measuring input or output power, True power reading
need to be taken by thermal measuring devices. After all,
Power is Energy per unit time... takes time to heat!
