I think these are two different devices. Originally when I first heard
of the Marks device, there was a lot of confusion about the name,
whether it was Steven Marks, Mark Stevens, etc...as opposed to an
earlier inventor from the 70's named Markovitch.

I need to post something about Markovitch as one of our associates knew
him and helped on the investigation by PACE of the Markovitch claims.
As I recall the diagram shows a winding that represents the planetary
orbits and Markovitch claim by resonantly coupling to this orbital
pattern, you could tap energy which I believe he said originated in the
sun and which kept the planets in orbit.

I understand the Marks toroidal coil is supposed to extract its energy
purely from the magnetic field lines of the earth though reports
indicate he was overheard to say 'so what if I use a battery, no one
else can do that'....as in power 100 watt light bulbs from a transistor
battery or C cell...no one knows for certain.

So, over the last couple of years, I have come to believe that these are
two entirely different guys even in different time periods...I believe
Markovitch was hot in the 70s and Markovitch in the 80s.

If I am wrong and someone has additional information or clarification,
please do correct me and anyone else who might be interested in the
claims of either or both of these guys...thanks..
