Soule comments further on the white spark. Also, Bruce Perreault e-mailed
this on the white spark:

Gary,

This we have achieved and call it "star mode."

I wonder if the white spark has anything to do with the strange impulses
that Tesla experimented with as related in my previous message titled
"Voltage gain with no current pulse".

(Evan had included with his response some unrelated information concerning
the ACC transcapacitor. I cut it out and put it in a separate e-mail titled
"ACC transcapacitor; virtual reality occupation simulator".)

Dear Michael,

Thanks for you clarification --- and I now understand what you were saying!
I would agree that credit should be paid where it is due, and I would not
wish to stand accused of short-changing Tesla. I see the possibility that
there could be a possible convergence between Tesla's energy transmission
work and Einstein's concept of mass/energy equivalence. A possible key to
understanding one aspect of this "convergence" would be a reassessment of
some aspects of Maxwell's Equations.
