Assuming that the government has research on free energy,
and some sort of free energy theory/device.
If the above assumptions are correct, can we expect
the release of some sort of free energy device in 1999.
If released in what form and where might one look for it
(am also assuming it would not be released directly).
Maybe not free energy but highly efficient, inexpensive
generator?
