First set the motor so as to safely disconnect from the plate so both plates
can turn freely, & see if there is any strange effects.
Also setup a switch to short out the winding's to the motor, could be shorted
out even after CEM force has done it's thing.
The switch could also be wired to dissconnect the neutral wire also to make
sure nothing creeps in & throws all the tests off.
Any other ideas out there to help narrow down the real effect ?
