Capacitive Sweeps for Mass Propulsion

Hi Folks!

I've been thinking about how to create an aether well as a difference of
potential.

Where this aether well had the greatest negativity or there was an
implosive kind of sweeping action that would entrain aether and slow it
down to lower forms of energy such as magnetism, electricity or even
physical propulsion.

Just about every electrical free energy or gravity device I've read
about uses high voltage or capacitors or vacuum tubes in some way.

Many people I know in this field believe that electrostatic fields
affect aether. It has long been posted in many KeelyNet files and by
many other people who study and/or research such topics...so its kind of
like a consensus.

Ok, let's think about capacitors. Normally, in the simplest form, we
have two conductive plates separated by a dielectric. That dielectric
can be air, oil, etc..

When one plate is energized with high voltage DC, the energy will seep
into the dielectric seeking the other plate. This is the charging time
when I suspect the optimum aether tapping/interference is occurring.

We have a specific potential, say 20kvdc that is being put out by the
power supply so it will flow anywhere there is a lower potential.

Eventually the capacitor will charge up to the full rating of the 20kvdc
and when it achieves that value, there will be no more flow because the
two potentials will now match.

Now, if you remove the power supply...the capacitor will begin to bleed
off its charge into the air and/or any conductor attached or proximal to
it.

So, over time, the capacitor will achieve electrical balance with its
environment.

The time it takes to discharge back to zero is dependent on the
dielectric value and whether or not the capacitor is grounded or
otherwise connected to some kind of conductor that might milk off the
power through a resistive load.

I had heard years ago that some devices would not power inductive loads,
only RESISTIVE, which I thought was due to the free energy device being
resonantly tuned so the inductive load would alter the frequency and
quench the free energy production effect.

In the Sweet device, in the video that Bearden and Sweet made, they
clearly show powering of both resistive and induction loads, even
conversion from the AC produced by device to DC.

As I see it, the aether interference only happens when this imbalance
condition is in effect, i.e. when the high potential is charging the
dielectric seeking an electrical balance.

The lower the imbalance (the deeper or higher rated the dielectric), the
faster and more intense will be the energy moving from the high
potential source to the low potential well. The closer the two
potentials come to balance, the less will be any aether tapping effect.

One Russian scientist has reported time anomalies using nested coils
which have swept magnetic fields all moving inward at increasing rates.

Like shells within shells, all powered by their own drivers and
harmonically keyed. He can move them in or out like chaser lights.

When you think about creating a well that would cause an increased
aether flow into it, that well would probably be circular in 3
dimensions, so it would be a bubble pulling in aether from ALL
DIRECTIONS, like mass does ANYWAY....thats fine if we are talking about
energy production...

But just for discussion, what if you wanted the mass to be pushed BY THE
AETHER towards a well that was generated and sustained in front of or
above the mass. How would you rectify the hole so that aether only came
in from one direction??

Whatever you use, it should function like a diode or check valve as used
in plumbing to only allow energy to move in one direction.

Would the capacitor plate be functioning AS SUCH A DIODE however it is
oriented in 3 space, because the aether flow would move in from one
direction towards the aether well 'hole' of the dielectric?

Using a combination of Keely's apsidal motion, inertial drive ideas and
the Bose Einstein Condensate, and under the assumption that aether is
ALWAYS FLOWING INTO MASS....this means we have a constant stream of
aether moving into mass from all directions, pushing and holding it
together.

If we can modulate that flow, interrupt it in a pulsing fashion or
reduce the flow or stop it, we can alter the mass energy properties.

Now I am talking specifically about propulsion here. If you push your
hand down into water very fast, you will create a hole. The inrushing
water will entrain other water, all of which will fill up the hole. It
will also have a spike that will appear before it appears balance with
the surrounding water. This is the overcompensation feature of nature.

So what if we pulse high voltage into a large dielectric on one side of
a mass. It should interfere with the aether flow into that mass and
cause SPIKES in the mass to make it push against itself. Like inertial
drives, you get a slight jerk in one preferred direction.

As with inertial drives, the larger the weight being thrown, the farther
the mass will move. Although it moves in tiny, jerky steps, if you
increase the speed of these jerks it will move much faster and the
motion will I think smooth out.

It would be a matter of using this overspiking or over compensation
effect of nature which might produce a thrust phenomena.
