The same idea as mine.

Remember he stating that a TV set is a free-energy device ?
Inside a TV you have two perpendicular fields generated by the Horizontal
( 15750 Hz ) and Vertical ( 60 Hz ) deflection circuits.

After visiting the web site below, I was thinking the same as you.

My guess is he has some HV generator exciting some type of capacitor with
a special coil inside. The 10 seconds initial excitation makes the device run
and before that the own generator starts-up.

Maybe he modulates that HV source with a 60 Hz sinusoidal signal...

Every electric charge in movement has a perpendicular field ( magnetic ).

As I have understood, his device generates some field that unbalance the
vacuum at some region on space.

The "nature" or the "vacuum" ( or the universe or something like that ) itself
tries to compensate this unbalance generating some opposing field.

This opposing field can be harnessed by the load in some clever way.

To the "balancing" field created by the vacuum, this load isn't seeing
differently from the unbalancing field that generates this situation.

So it will try to compensate this unbalanced situation FOREVER !

It wouldn't matter the amount of the load ! The vacuum will try to compensate
every load amount you put in.

Just my thoughts.
