Here is a response from John Schnurer who duplicated and SURPASSED the
Tampere experiment. John was written up in Newsweek for his 5% weight
reduction in 11 consecutive experiments;

Correct. No change, plus or minus. above the SC amounts of + 5.2 to -
2.5 have been observed.

a] Shielding has been employed.
b] If earth's field were doing it... then how would this matter to
glass, wood, plastic and ceramic targets????
