Yep, all of it pioneered by Keely in the form of mechanically tuned
resonators that had no electric relationship, at least from any writings
I've seen by Keely himself or anyone else during the period that
witnessed the experiments or demonstration.

I've never seen the term 'neutral center' applied electrically though
neutral, hot and ground are prevalent purely electrical terms that don't
relate in the least to the concept. More like center of gravity, though
it is more than that. Specifically from the file;

http://www.keelynet.com/keely/neutral1.txt

with the specific quote;

"Mr. Keely illustrates his idea of "a neutral centre" in this way:

We will imagine that, after an accumulation of a planet of any diameter
- say, 20,000 miles more or less, for the size has nothing to do with
the problem - there should be a displacement of all the material, with
the exception of a crust 5000 miles thick, leaving an intervening void
BETWEEN this crust and a centre of the size of an ordinary billiard
ball, it would then require a force AS GREAT TO MOVE THIS SMALL CENTRAL
MASS AS IT WOULD TO MOVE THE SHELL OF 5000 miles thickness.

Moreover, this small central mass would carry the load of this crust for
ever, keeping it EQUI-DISTANT; and there could be no opposing power,
HOWEVER GREAT, that could bring them together.

The imagination staggers in contemplating the immense load WHICH BEARS
UPON THIS POINT OF CENTRE, WHERE WEIGHT CEASES. This is what we
understand by a neutral centre."

Some additional comments about this cancellation of incoming aether vs.
outgoing aether radiating from a central sun inside the planet and which
would produce just such a shell suspended on this billiard ball sized
'neutral center' in the case of a hollow earth as mentioned in this
email;

Still, IMO, Tesla copied Keely's discoveries using electric currents
instead of the precisely tuned acoustics and the effects are similar as
waves can occur in many media and with many forces, whether sound or
electricity. I get more out of Keely's work than Tesla's, fancy that,
me being a trained electronics tech, not a musician...<g>....

Nowadays, I'd experiment with electrically generated sound if using
acoustic percussions of air or matter, though EM or magnetic, maybe even
electrostatic energy would also work as it is all wave phenomena
related.

The bottomline is a working technology that people can buy or build and
which does something practical. I wouldn't care if it was channeled
info as long as it works as described...
