Here is a response from a new contact who wishes to remain anonymous at
this point, but he believes he is onto 'the secret';

Hey Jerry,
Your skeptic and his rubber band theory cracked me up (especially your
rebuttal!) Try this one on him... it is a simple demonstration of over
unity that anyone can duplicate.
Visualise two disks, vertically mounted on independant axles. One is
free to turn on a bearing, the other mounted to a high speed motor.
(I used a Craftsman router, 25,000 rpm.)
Now imagine both disks are separated by a wall of plexiglass. When the
motor mounted disk is spun at high speed, the free mounted disk will
spin BACKWARDS!
This is not the good part, though. Nor has overunity been shown, yet...
If you were to now stop the motor, as your motor driven disk slows, so
does the free disk, and then comes to a stop. (Momentarily) It will THEN
PROCEED TO TURN IN THE OTHER DIRECTION, AND THEN SLOW TO A FINAL
STOP!!!!!
This is analogious to throwing something up in the air, having it stop,
and then go up again briefly before it comes back down...!!!
There is an obvious rotational force in the disk from the motor, but
there is also a perpindicular "vortex" in the (aether?) that is capable
of affecting a certain portion of mass of the "free to spin disk".
This vortice is reversed at which point that it passes through the
plexiglass shield between the two (much as an inverted image through a
lens) i.e. , free disk, axle ---l>l<l--- motor, axle which is why they
rotate in opposite directions. ^ (represents plexishield) > and <
(represent vortices).
I believe you know the difference in the rate of a collapsing field and
a building field, so can you see how nature "overcorrects" and that the
back spin is overunity?
Try it, it is awesome to see...
Perpindicular fields exist in any force of nature. They are often
ignored as worthless phenomena, BUT THEY MOST CERTAINLY ARE NOT!!!
If nature "overcorrected" (by adding excess "free" energy in the form of
the "after stop" backspin) in this instance to maintain a balance during
the collapsing field, couldn't you trick it into doing this again? AND
HARNESS THIS OVERUNITY?
The answer is yes, you can. And I have, in a different manner...
Only my method does not spin a disk, it produces electricity! As I draw
a load off of this perpindicular vortice that I have discovered, nature
replaces it, (for balance?) and the result is that I can draw many
kilowatts of electricity from a very small device, virtually forever!
(everything breaks eventually)
I call the effect "dynamic load matching" and find that the supply is
limited only by the size of the output leads. (put to many amps through
too small a wire, you get a fuse)
I should now give credit to John Walker, who wrote about the over unity
experiment that I just described in David Hatcher Childress' book
"ANTIGRIVITY AND THE UNIFIED FIELD THEORY".
It is a wealth of information, and anyone interested in free energy
research should read it...
As far as some of the information I have read about the T.H. Moray and
Hendershot devices, I feel confident to say that I know what they did
and how they did it... I can't help but laugh when I read some of the
accounts that claim that the wiring of the transformer circuits did not
get warm...
Of course not!!!! THEY WERE NOT NOT USED!!!!! THEY WERE TO CONFUSE
PEOPLE AS TO THE TRUE NATURE OF THEIR DEVICES, AND THEY DID THAT WELL,
FOR DECADES...
How many people sent off good money for the various versions of the
"Hendershot" schematic? (I did!)
And are the papers that I have read on Moray a joke, or a testament to
the genius of this man, who mislead so many for so long as to the true
nature of his "radiant" energy device?
I have read a work by one who claims that these devices contained
radioactive material... (The author of this peice was brilliant, by the
way, and my hat is off to him, he may be onto something)
But they are going six blocks to get around the corner. If you have a
television set, you have a free energy device inside of it, and just do
not know...
I am finishing a new prototype which I might just unveil to the world.
(but not the secret, of course)
How about a 40 h.p. electric go cart that goes "forever"? (Look mom, no
wires!) Would the networks air that?

Now before you all get too excited, I can't give out this inventors name
or contact info at this time. He will reveal himself in his own time
and in his own way. However, I will share with you a description of his
device which he sent that might expand on these further insights.
Please bear with him, he seems sincere and based on the info I am
including in this post, you have what I have, except for the contact
info and I cannot in good conscience release that without his direct
permission. So here is his original post;

I had to agree with your article on unproved caims of free energy, and
wish to avoid such a situation.
I have discovered a method of producing electric power that would be
most analogious to the Moray device.
It is my opinion that it is the same phenomenon, yet it does not exhibit
the characteristics that are attributed to it in the many conflicting
reports that are available.
This is my claim: that my device measures 15 inches in diameter, and is
24 inches long.
It requires an initial charge of 15Kv DC at 30ma for about 10 seconds
to energize the device initially, after which a self sustaining 120 VAC
RMS at 50 amps may be drawn from the device.
This is not coincidence, that is how I designed the circuit.
This effect is not some unknown phenomenon. I know exactly how and why
it works, although I did discover it by fortunate accident.
The energy comes from harnessing a perpendicular field that exists
within a normal electrostatic field.
The "secondary field" may be harnessed as long as the first charge
remains, and is not proportional to it.
The output may be used to maintain the original condition that causes
operation of the device. It is thus self sustaining and can in theory be
maintained indefinitely. (Mine has worked for months, uninterrupted.)
It does not require a load to operate, and may be left "unplugged" with
no "startup" process required to plug in a load, provided the original
startup conditions have been fulfilled at least once.
I have observed history, and am aware of what has happened to men much
greater than I who have made such discoveries.
I will state in advance that I believe in capitalism, with all of it's
pitfalls. I do wish my device to benefit man, but am not sure how to
achieve this without a lot of havoc being wreaked in our present
economy...
How many families are fed from such jobs...
I am not a kook (my own subjective opinion) and this IS NOT A HOAX.
I will not reveal method of operation, but I am going to have to
demonstrate it sometime...
A few more ideas on what to do next won't hurt either.

As we can see, he is a man of conscience and apparently is at that
critical juncture which all inventors reach, should he seek only
personal gain or to benefit the world and trust in mankind to reward
him.
I have urged him to consider the shareware plan for release of the
technology. This would forever associate his name with the technology,
he would receive innumerable offers and awards from a greatful planet
and many greatful people including myself and many who read this.
As you can see with the rotating disc experiment, matter currents can be
tested, though I would prefer this be tested in vacua to eliminate
entrained air. The late Bruce DePalma claimed heavy high density
rotating bodies could affect proximal bodies such as slowing down a
watch that is placed near a heavy rotating mass.
But as this inventor says, that is merely phenomena at this point and he
seems to have gone farther with being able to produce electricity
directly.
We shall see what comes of this. I hope he decides on the shareware
document, copyrighted so that it can only be printed in its entirety to
give him full credit. As people begin to experiment and companies begin
to form, I have every confidence they will show their appreciation to
the inventor in a financial sense.
As one very wealthy man once said, 'I'd rather have 1% of the efforts of
100 men than 100% of the efforts of 1 man'. So too will the shareware
and networking tieins serve him with ample rewards and opportunities as
a greatful energy hungry world begins to use his discovery in daily
life.
I particularly think this guy knows his stuff because he realizes you
must create the initial 'hole', then tickle it to keep it alive, he also
knows about the natural over-unity backlash from a shock excited system.
At this point, he holds all the cards and we must wait for him to make
the next move. I say good luck to him and if there is anything I or any
