There is an article in the latest Nexus magazine similar to that story.
Gist of it was that the grand old U.S. of A. military used something called
"Silent Sound" or S-Quad or whatever technique to alter the brain patterns
of the Iraqi troops during the gulf war to induce different moods
(fear/terror etc). The americans apparently transmitted this over the same
FM radio frequencies the Iraqi's used, as well as over speakers, etc...
