Neural Jamming

Hi Folks!

I was talking with a fellow Saturday about unusual technologies and we
somehow got on the subject of special weapons. It started out with
Rife, then Tens units and I told him about a device described to me by
the late Arthur Coleman, once vice president of R&D for Rockwell
International.

The device wasn't from Arthu's Rockwell days, but he was involved all
his professional life in bizarre, sometimes black bag research and would
tell us about something unique every now and then. He said they were
doing research with the human nervous system, realizing that we too are
'clocked' with a complex of various frequencies.

They figured the brain sends signals to the medulla which acts like both
an amplifier and a transformer to send nerve impulses to the various
muscles and organs to cause them to react to mental commands.

He said they discovered that a frequency of around 13 cps had to be
precisely phase matched, then cancelled when applied to the intended
subject, this could cause the nerve force to be minimized to such a
degree that the subject was rendered harmless. This did not affect
autonomous muscle activities such as breathing, only those effort
subject to will.

He said the device was tested with a small group and it would only
affect a couple of people in a crowd and others only to varying degrees.
The problem was that everyone has a slightly different frequency and
phase, so the device could only be used to affect those it was tuned to.

Now, this guy I was talking to said he had some ex-military friends who
had backgrounds in enforcement. He said he had a device which looked
like a pad with points on it and which was strapped to the neck so that
this textured disc would press up against the nape of the neck..that is,
between the shoulder blades and directly under the neck on the back.
This is the nexus of nerve signals that feed the body.

He said when this device is turned on, you feel no pain or discomfort
but you cannot move your muscles without great difficulty. He says he's
tried this on himself and with others and it works amazingly well, that
he isn't sure if its magnetic or electric but it appears to jam the
signals that feed the spinal cord.

I was not given an opportunity to examine this device but was promised
it would happen in the near future. I am intrigued by it not only as a
defense device but also because such technology might also have other
applications. He says there are specialty catalogs which have all kinds
of weird weapons like this, but I've never seen any. I'd think the
technology should have more positive uses than just as defense weapons.

How many times have you seen cops trying to take down an out of control
drunk or druggie, when placement of such a disc could obviate all
resistance?

I think it might be interesting to use in relaxation experiments like
with isolation tanks. I'll definitely pass on whatever information I
can find out about it, perhaps I can measure the device and see if it is
magnetic, electric or both and what frequency(ies) it operates
at...probably swept....
