Hi Bill!

You provided the following URL;

I remember a few years back, the Israelis had an unmanned reconnaisance
vehicle that used two counter rotating blades. It was intended for
remote aerial survelliance too.

The Levitron magnetic top using superconducting material would be a cool
way to do this without the need for blades.

Wouldn't it be interesting if the so-called Searl and Hamel effect
weren't really electrostatic but instead consisted of a high density
magnetic field to produce repulsion against the earth's field?

With our surveillance happy society today, it seems like someone could
make a fortune working on such devices and selling them or leasing them
out for special survellaince projects....but it would have to be very
quiet in operation....I hear the tabloids and big magazines pay up to
half a million for pictures of celebrities and such....

Maybe an anti-grav craft with a chameleon kind of bottom that would
allow it to match the sky above to make it invisible to those
below....some sales of these photos could provide all kinds of money for
research into alt science....hmmmm....now that's a thought.

DeSeversky's ionocraft, basically a big balsa wood frame with high
voltage to make it lift....hmm, high enough up so that the frame and
wiring would be invisible....the problem is the power supply and
camera...perhaps a rectenna array to pick up beamed microwave power to
keep it aloft and with power to record.....

Heck for that matter, a balloon/dirigible could do it with known
technology....here's how to finance our projects!!!...<g>..I've seen a
small remote power zeppelin for about $70.00....and a new catalog showed
a remote control model airplane that used disposable Kodak cameras so
you could take aerial photos of your house or other grounded areas.
