FEMA already has the Federal response plan ready to go.
"The Plan is organized to provide assistance to State and local governments
in transportation, communications, public works and engineering,
firefighting, information and planning, mass care, resource management,
health and medical services, hazardous materials, food, and energy. "
Basically all the critical services we will need in any crisis, the ones in
charge of that will have great power.

I am curious under the power of FEMA during a time of crisis what happens to
our political system and those in power? One thing you have to remember
Frank is that our civilian population is one of the most heavily armed
forces in the world, in the dark ages that was not the case. Still reversly
you have to ponder what good is a bullet when you have nothing to eat?
