I ask you a question? Can you tell me what the apparent charge in millivolts
coming off of a Cloud Buster represents? Is this showing orgonic pressure or
just some simple form of 'electro-static' build up? I've measured up to 640
millivolts coming off a very small, micro CB and this charge remained for
quite a long time even after the flow was stopped? It was not present prior to flow.
There must be a ridiculously simple and easy answer to what is causing this?
