Hi Ken, Frank et al!

Michael Persinger is to my knowledge one of the most prolific
experimenters in using low level magnetic fields to evoke specific
responses in the brain, including visual hallucinations. He basically
uses a football helmet with holes drilled in it, then nails glued into
each hole. Each nail is wrapped with wire to make a solenoid which is
wired to an I/O card so any magnetic field pattern can be 'swept' into
the brain. He reports some amazing things including a certain
pattern, projected into a subject who has half ping pong balls over
each eye...a flashlight is moved across the face of the subject and
the subject is asked to describe what is happening....almost
everytime, the subject reports a light that lands, aliens get out and
take the subject into the ship (light)...

Sounds like cellular memory from our root ancestors but the point is
certain patterns evoke certain responses. Thelma Moss also found that
certain patterns evoked certain emotions and physical states, from
hunger to sex to disgust..

This is of course similar to what Walter Rawls did by putting the
north pole end of a cylindrical magnet over his pineal which seemed to
open up his perception to another reality...
