I am not promoting anything, but you might have read the full report and
seen the video before spending your time. It is then easy to read between
the lines, and see there is more to this than a relatively simple
electrolytic cell. The theory, for one thing.

As I understand it, the key is in producing the structured water. Joe
worked on this for many years, without monetary compensation of any kind.
It may be a bit presumptuous of us to assume one will get instant results.
Frustrating, of course, but not necessarily fraudulent, and we should all
be used to it by now.
